RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be made by telephone or E-mail. Payment must be by personal check, certified check, cash or money orders (debit or credit cards accepted in advance via Paypal only). 

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $75 security deposit is required and is to be paid at time reservation is made. This deposit will be refunded within 30 days if there are no damages, broken/missing items or excessive cleaning required. Cancellation of reservation will result in forfeiture of security deposit.

CHECK-IN
Between 2 P.M. - 8 P.M. day of arrival
CHECK-OUT
11:30 A.M. day of departure (unless prior arrangements have been made)
