Wow! This place is something you see in the movies! I’d always wanted to stay in a real log cabin and you made my wish come true. It’s absolutely perfect! The only thing that would have made it even more perfect is if it would have snowed (but I know you have no control over that). ☺ This place truly is a “Haven of Rest”! We were blessed beyond words by being able to stay here. Thanks a ZILLION!! Next time we come to Apex, we’ll plan on staying a whole week!! ☺

When we arrived at the Log Cabin, we took our things to the upstairs bedroom and then walked out on the deck to see millions of stars filling every space of the night sky! It was so beautiful to once again see the splendor of all those glittering stars God has named. We seldom see that many because of the lights in town. We rested peacefully and got up to have coffee on the front porch while we rocked and read our Bibles. What a beautiful setting.

Your log home has been a very restful haven for us during our stay. We certainly feel the peace and presence of the Father here. It has blessed us tremendously as I know it will be a blessing to the others who come. Thank you. We love you.

My stay was wonderful! When I got here on Friday night, my heart and mind were heavy but as I leave today, I have a sense of peace that I have not had in a long time. When I arrived and drove down the driveway, I felt like I had taken a Valium. ☺ I had an overdue talk with GOD this weekend. Thank you and God Bless!

Thanks so much for the use of the cabin. We had 29 people join together for a great time of fun, food and fellowship at our adult Christmas party. I completely enjoyed the atmosphere of this cabin with my Church family. Merry Christmas and God bless you and your family this New Year.

From the moment we drove up, we could feel the perfect peace and perfect presence of the Holy Spirit. This is a perfectly blessed “Haven of Rest”. If you had blindfolded me and dropped me on the wrap-around front porch, I would have believed I was in Gatlinburg, TN. …

This is definitely better than any hotel, cleaner than your own house, and better than any home away from home. I could have brought one change of clothes and food and been able to stay for weeks. The washer and dryer were a blessing for those of us who forget something.

I didn’t come across anything that I needed that you didn’t already have. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. This was the best ‘camping’ trip of my life. I had to bring very little and I had time to enjoy every moment very much.

We took a walk on your trail and enjoyed God’s beauty. The little bridge was so neat. Thanks for preparing the way. My husband loved watching the sunrise from the bedroom balcony while watching the sunset from the front porch swings.

We truly had a blessed weekend and was in touch with our Heavenly Father. Thank you for remembering everything and blessing our stay. We will definitely be back and if you EVER decide to sell this place, CALL US.
